Cook Retires from SIU Credit Union


SIU Credit Union announces that Brenda Cook has decided to
retire as Branch Manager of our Harrisburg location. The Credit Union would like to thank Cook for her years of service and officially congratulate her on her on this milestone. Cook has been employed with SIU Credit Union for over four years, and she served as Harrisburg branch manager for the past three years. Prior to that, she started her credit union career with Ventura County Credit Union and LA Financial Federal Credit Union in southern California. Cook resides in Eldorado, IL with her husband, Jim.
Erica Pankey, Vice President of Operations, said of Cook, “Brenda has been an asset to our organization for years, and was instrumental in helping us establish our new Harrisburg branch within the community. We appreciate the knowledge and expertise she has shared with both our members and staff.” Pankey added, “We will miss seeing her in the branch each day, and we wish her nothing but the best as she heads into retirement.”
A reception to celebrate Cook will be held at our Harrisburg branch on May 3rd from 11am-1pm. Credit Union members and the public are welcome to attend at 777 Ford Street in Harrisburg.
