Chamber Luncheon at Ferrell

Ferrell Hospital in Eldorado hosted a luncheon for the Saline County Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, February 28, 2019. Approximately 20 business people braved the cool rainy weather to enjoy the luncheon and presentation by Alisa Coleman, CEO. Coleman stated there will be three phases of building for two years. Ferrell will be a virtually new hospital. Coleman told of new services to be provided. Ferrell Hospital also has two additional locations in Carmi and McLeansboro. Ferrell Hospital is a Critical Access Hospital. The $34,260,000 building project is funded through Rural Development. Ferrell has a 25 bed facility with 247 employees.
