On March 17th, 2016 a bike rack presentation was made to Z Factor, the newly opened Family Entertainment Center located in Harrisburg. The Ohio River Scenic Byway, in partnership with the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Resources is pleased to be able to provide custom designed racks for the Ohio River Scenic Byway Region, where 46 bike racks are now placed throughout. The racks are 90 inches long, 48 inches tall and have symbols for all Illinois Scenic Byways. At each byway symbol there is also a QR code that people can point a mobile phone toward to automatically access their website. Those who attended the presentation are, pictured left to right: Rhonda Belford, Ohio River Scenic Byway President; Linda Mitacek, ORSB Board Member; Amy Craig, Z Factor Assistant General Manager; Heather Young, Z Factor General Manager; Bob Winchester, ORSB Board Member and Dale Fowler, Harrisburg Mayor.
