This new historical marker at 325 E. Locust St. in Harrisburg honors actress Virginia Gregg.

Saline County Tourism Board members (l-r) Lynn Murphy, Mark Motsinger, Gillum Ferguson and Eric Gregg were present at the unveiling ceremony held March 6, 2016 in Harrisburg. The marker is located at the site of the Gregg home, 325 E. Locust in Harrisburg. Gregg was honored for her distinguished acting career on radio, television and in motion pictures. The marker was unveiled on Sunday, March 6, 2016 which was the 100th anniversary of her birth.
