Parking at the Illinois State Fair
The Extension office has discount tickets for 4-H exhibit families for the days of the 4-H General Project Exhibit Shows, Aug. 10-13. Discounted passes are ONLY available to 4-H exhibitors & their family, and not to the general public. We will only have gate pass options for Gate 6/Lot 18 or Gate 3 Lot E parking.
Junior Show Livestock exhibitors are required to purchase their parking and entry tickets directly through the state fair with their entry. Please understand this is a State Fair rule and outside the control of Illinois 4-H or your local 4-H office.

State Fair is providing Load/Unload passes to 4-H families which will allow cars to enter through Gate 8 (or other gate if that is closed) and drive to the Orr Building to drop off exhibits or people. You will need to present your admission tickets for anyone in the car upon entering the fairgrounds; then the driver will need to leave through Gate 9 immediately after drop off, get their hand stamped for readmission to the fair, and then re-enter the fairgrounds through the gate for which they have a parking pass. You MUST have a regular parking pass to use the Load/Unload Pass.
